How to achieve Glass Skin with Yogurt


In this blog, we will be sharing a DIY facial for you that you can do at your home easily in 40 minutes.

Things Needed

1.yogurt  

 

2. honey

 


3.coffee powder 


4. lemon juice

5.tomato juice

6. gram flour

7. Tumeric powder 

 

                                                

   

Step 1

Cleansing


For cleansing, all you need is 1 tablespoon of thick yogurt. Take one tablespoon of thick yogurt in a clean bowl. Apply it all over your face and massage it for 3 to 4 minutes and then leave it for 5 to 6 minutes.

Benefits:

The lactic acid and probiotics in yogurt nourish your skin and cleanse it gently. If you want you can also add honey in the yogurt to make a natural antibacterial cleanser.

Step 2

Scrubbing


Take a clean bowl and add 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of coffee powder. Mix it well. Your scrub is ready. Apply this scrub on your face a rub it gently for 5 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water.

 Benefits:

As we know that yogurt is rich in lactic acid so it gently removes the layer of dead skin cells of our face. Besides, the caffeine present in coffee works as a great exfoliate. This scrub will not only remove your dead skin layer but it is also an effective mixture to make your skin tone even.

Step 3

Face Massage Gel


To make this gel you would need to take 2 tbsp of yogurt in a bowl now add a few drops of lemon juice in it also add a pinch of turmeric to it. Mix it well. Now your face gel-cream is ready. Message your face with cream for 10 minutes. Wash your face with warm water

Step 4

Face Pack


To make this take two tbsp of yogurt in a bowl and add one tbsp of tomato juice in it. Now add one tbsp gram flour in it and 1 tbsp of honey mix it well. Your face pack is ready. Apply this mask on your face and leave it to dry for 25 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

 

 

Your facial is done now, pat your face dry and apply a good face moisturizer.

Tips for Healthy Skin

Drink 8 to 9 glasses of water to keep your skin hydrated and fresh.

 

Tip 2


Remember to keep your face moisturized. Apply moisturizer after you wash your face.

 

Tip 3


Just put thin slices of potato on your dark circles for 20 minutes and then wash your face with cold water.
